Directions: Turn on the water faucet at comfortably warm temperature to fill the bathtub with about 3 - 4 inches of water. Tear open and sprinkle one packet under running water and stir thoroughly to avoid clumping. Soak in the water for 20 minutes. May also be used with FemRelief bottle. Empty 1/3 of packet into the bottle. Fill with comfortably warm water and shake well. Spray and wash genital area thoroughly. Repeat as necessary.
